Latest OnePlus 5 update OxygenOS 4.5.3 fixes Wi-Fi issues, firmware available for download too

Guess what? OnePlus is rolling out another OxygenOS update for the OnePlus 5 globally. The smartphone is not even a week old and the second software update is already on its way as we speak.
Arriving as OxygenOS 4.5.3, the update brings along with it a bunch of optimizations alongside a few bug fixes. The new update takes care of issues surrounding the expanded screenshot display while also fixes the occasional Wi-Fi drops issue.
It also resolves the issue with GoogleTranslate. As far as the optimizations are concerned, there are system stability improvements and enhancements surrounding camera effects and stability.
The auto-brightness adjustment effect has also been optimized alongside the accuracy of data usage statistics to give you a fair idea of your data usage on the OnePlus 5.
The company is pushing the update OTA and the roll out, as usual, is gradual. So, the update will hit your device sooner or later. Fret not! In case you are not among the ones to play the waiting game, you can download the update from the link provided below.
